UTV Shock Valving Kits

Springs control how much your suspension moves. Valving controls how fast it moves. If your machine feels harsh over small chop but still blows through the stroke on big hits, that is a damping problem, and no spring will fix it.

A valving kit replaces the shim stacks inside your shocks with a stack designed for your weight, your terrain and how hard you actually drive. Factory valving is a compromise built for mass production — it has to work acceptably for a 140-pound trail rider and a 260-pound desert racer on the same machine. Yours does not.

Every MTS Off-Road valving kit is developed and tested on our own race cars before it reaches a customer. If you want springs and damping engineered to work together rather than against each other, look at a Full Tune instead.
