Each shock tuning service includes U.S.-made springs with upgraded hardware, a lifetime warranty, upgraded billet MTS shock pistons, and precision bypass valving where applicable. Compression and rebound valving are carefully set to deliver improved handling, better bottom-out resistance, and a smoother, more controlled ride.

Our shock rebuild, service, and repair program is designed to restore performance, reliability, and consistency to your UTV suspension. We service 2.0", 2.5", and 3.0" reservoir UTV shocks, giving each shock a complete teardown and refresh using high-quality components and precise procedures.

Each shock rebuild includes fresh oil, new seals, nitrogen replacement, new wear bands, and new O-rings to ensure smooth operation, proper damping, and long-lasting performance. Whether your shocks are due for routine maintenance or showing signs of wear, our rebuild service brings them back to peak condition.

For an extra charge MTS will powder coat your MTS springs and it will NOT void your warranty.
